This policy explains how RizeTab uses cookies and similar browser technologies such as localStorage. A cookie is a small piece of data stored by a browser; localStorage is a separate browser area that lets a site keep a preference on the device.
Current use
| Category | Current technology | Purpose and status |
|---|---|---|
| Necessary | localStorage: rt_consent_v1 | Remembers the analytics choice. RizeTab does not set a first-party cookie for this purpose. |
| Analytics | Google Analytics cookies | The GA4 tag loads, and Google may set analytics cookies, only after “Accept analytics” is selected. |
| Preferences | No other record | No separate language cookie or storage is used; the URL selects the language. |
| Advertising / marketing | Google AdSense | The site-wide AdSense script loads. Subject to valid choices and configuration, Google may use cookies or similar storage to serve and measure ads, limit frequency and prevent invalid traffic. |
How to change your choice
Use “Cookie Preferences” in every page footer to accept or reject analytics. When rejected, the Google Analytics tag does not load. If you delete RizeTab site data in your browser, the saved choice is removed and the question appears again on your next visit.
Google Analytics
After consent, Google Analytics may use identifiers and cookies for visit and interaction measurement. See the Privacy Policy and Google’s cookie information.
Google AdSense and advertising choices
RizeTab uses Google AdSense code. The on-page “Cookie Preferences” interface controls Google Analytics permission only and does not replace the AdSense CMP. Advertising choices and TCF signals required in the EEA, UK and Switzerland are managed by the Google-certified CMP configured through Google AdSense Privacy & Messaging. Whether that external message appears depends on visitor region and publisher settings.
