Moving WebP Images into a Document Workflow
WebP is common on the modern web, yet some application portals, mail workflows and archive systems still reject it. A PDF gives one or more WebP images a broadly readable document container, with one selected image per page.
This is a static conversion. It does not recognise text and it does not preserve WebP animation. If an animated file is supplied, the browser-decoded frame is placed in the document rather than creating a moving PDF.

How WebP Is Embedded in the PDF
The PDF library cannot embed WebP directly, so the browser draws it to a canvas and normalises it to lossless PNG data first. Visible content is retained, but the compact WebP advantage may disappear and the PDF can be larger than the source files.
Each image receives a page based on its pixel dimensions. Transparency appearance depends on the PDF reader’s page background; animation and ancillary metadata are not carried into the new document.

Where the File Content Is Processed
Your selected file is read by browser APIs on the device; RizeTab does not upload its content to a processing server. PDF routes may download pdf-lib or pdf.js code from a CDN. That request can expose an IP address and ordinary connection details to the provider, but the file being converted is not part of it.
